All the time. They accuse me of making problems up

Yes! He/she took a personal call right in front of me. I found it to be incredibly rude.

Definitely! They are happy to answer every first-time mother's question, no matter how basic

One thing I noticed about their office was how absolutely fantastic it smelled. They must clean or sanitize all the time. I trust them over any other doctor I've ever been to. I'm never unsure of their motives, and I've never doubted that they've always had my child's best interest at heart. I've never seen anyone who is more respected by their staff. The entire staff only had great things to say about working there, and it made me want to return all the more. They've never been late to any of my appointments. I've even showed up early sometimes and they've always been ready and prepared.
