Finally! My family and I have found a doctor who takes time to listen, diagnose and treat with great skill. He and his staff are kind and compassionate. You are never a number here. He still finds time to make house calls. After being treated by seven other doctors over a 10 year period for a condition and being told it was all in my head, Dr. Maxwell cured me in two visits. He gave me my life back. I had been homebound during those 10 plus years......now I can do everything I once could! My family, friends and I would not go anywhere else! God Bless You, Dr. Maxwell

I would never send my friends or family here. Although they were good about ordering tests, treatment after the fact was wishy washy. I had to do a lot of research on my own and remind him of things discussed at previous appts to keep things straight. It was as though I was treating myself. He seemed to have a good relationship with his staff, however, just a warning, they do not adhere to the customer is always right policy no matter what the situation is. Dr Maxwell has a habit of firing patients with no notice and only sends out a letter with no explanation. You are not allowed to see any other doctors or get 2nd opinions without him firing you. Hard to get appts and he won't speak with you over the phone or through email even in dire emergencies. You have to schedule appt to talk to him but its hard to get an appt when sick. Wait time in the office for scheduled appt is typically 1-3 hours.

They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here. I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time. They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places. Let me just say that this business is in one of the safest areas around and you will be pleasantly surprised at how lovely the surroundings are.

Let me just say that this business is in one of the safest areas around and you will be pleasantly surprised at how lovely the surroundings are. Not only did I find a parking spot right away, but I knew my car was safe because the spots were designated and close to the entrance. The doctor was late a few times to my appointments. However, he will spend as much time as needed to talk, explain and answer questions. I would highly recommend Dr. Maxwell as a family physician.

Just today I found I had an infected impacted wisdom tooth. The dentist couldn't see me until next week. His office was closed, but Dr. Maxwell called me after I left a message and gave me a prescription for antiboitics.

I don't think I have ever been put on hold here for a long time and am so impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered. There's nothing worse than having to wait on hold for a half an hour just to get someone to talk to you. The waiting area here is extremely spacious. There is never overcrowding and everything is spaced appropriately. I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future.

They had quite a few interesting magazines, which made my time in the waiting room go by much faster. I couldn't believe how knowledgeable and well-informed the staff was. They were able to answer all my questions, except the ones they needed to have their boss's input on. It was great to be able to talk to such a skilled staff. They answered my questions and spent a lot of time with me. I didn't feel like they were trying to rush my appointment at all. They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here. I've already told my friends and family about the fantastic experience I had there.
