I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something. I was happy and relieved that they were able to answer all of my questions. I felt like I got a good amount of information. I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated.

Their office equipment was in superb shape and looked very advanced. I definitely felt safe under their care. I was in awe at the level of service I received. They completely surpassed all my expectations and I will absolutely be going back. One of the first things I noticed about this business was the level of detail and attention to make the building handicap-accessible. Even the bathrooms were designed to be accessible with doors wide enough to accommodate wheelchairs and grab bars in the stalls. You could tell they really made an effort to accommodate people with all different needs. I spend a little too much time in the waiting room. I've waited longer at other offices, but I was hoping to be seen sooner.

Their office was a little too loud. . I would never send my friends or family here. My experience here was truly horrifying. I went to him for a while. They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. They definitely were not willing or able to answer the majority of the questions I had. I needed a lot of information, but received barely any. Also, he didn't listen to me with my concerns over my own health. He dismissed me more than once. One occasion I told him about a health issue and he just said "Okay hurry up, hurry up. I have to get out of here." Waiting time for his office is at least 45 minutes but the time he spends with you is about 5 minutes, if that.
