The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy. I appreciated that they were still concerned about my health even after I left the office. They followed up with me after my appointment and everything. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. They gave me sufficient information to make a decision about my treatment plan. I never had to doubt their qualifications. They made their credentials completely obvious, which made me feel a lot safer.
