I've been going to Dr. Milner for a few years now. She always remembers me and what happened last time I was there. I usually get a prompt response from her staff with any phone questions I have. Parking can sometimes be an issue so I started parking on the lower level where her office is and it's much easier. Overall I like going there, she's attentive and caring. Her staff is the same.

Dr. Milner was a nice person and empathetic. However, I felt like she hadn't updated her medical knowledge for a while. When I asked about bio identical hormones, she said "bio identical whatzis? I don't know anything about those". I was looking for someone a little more up to date, and it just wasn't her. I also was interested in an osteopathic adjustment for my foot, and she was only able to do backs, no other body part.
She also never called with referrals to other practitioners, which were definately needed; I had to call her to get them after waiting 3 weeks. I also never got a referral to or any help with the main issue I went to her with. Not my cup of tea.

Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. They are so thoughtful and amazingly sweet, I just love this place. It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members. They always made sure that I wasn't in any pain.
