They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. One of the first things I noticed about this business was the level of detail and attention to make the building handicap-accessible. Even the bathrooms were designed to be accessible with doors wide enough to accommodate wheelchairs and grab bars in the stalls. You could tell they really made an effort to accommodate people with all different needs. Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily. Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. They are so thoughtful and amazingly sweet, I just love this place. They always return my phone calls quickly. I always know that I'll get a prompt answer to my question.

They listened closely to everything I was telling them, and showed a lot of attention to detail. I've never had to worry about them forgetting something or not reading my information correctly, which I've encountered at other places. I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased. They always made sure that I wasn't in any pain. They were very qualified and knowledgeable. I could tell that they've been doing their job well for quite a while.

They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. They've answered a couple of my questions over the phone, but most of the time I have to schedule an appointment. They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance.
