The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. This provider has helpful information available online, which is really convenient. They have a good website and online presence.

I've been seeing Dr. Smith-Cupani for over 15 years. She always listens to my concerns and takes them seriously. She is very good about referring me onto specialists when needed. I can almost always get in touch with her or her nurse same day (even though she only works 3 days a week). The staff is helpful as well.
