He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.

I scheduled an appt first thing in the morning so I could get to work. Turns out there were three people scheduled for 9:00 a.m. When I politely asked the receptionist she had an attitude and told me they would be with me asap. I then asked another patient who was sitting in the room what time her appt was her response was 9:15. When the assistant came to call the next patient she called the gal with the 9:15 appt and left me sit. I was quite disappointed so left and will not return. Receptionist and med assistant were very unprofessional.
