They were very sympathetic to my situation, and made me feel cared for. I knew that I could count on them at all times. They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. I wasn't too impressed with their office, I could tell they didn't take much pride in it's appearance. Everything they told me in the beginning ended up turning out exactly the way they said it would. They were able to provide me everything they promised me. I've never doubted their abilities. I'm not always sure that they're going to work with me until they find a solution, and sometimes it seems like they're going to give up on trying to help me. I don't feel like I can always count on them.

Yes everything was neat and sterile

Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable. They gave me sufficient information to make a decision about my treatment plan. They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years. I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased. I've been places before where they were argumentative and angry, so I was nervous that I would encounter that here as well. Instead, they were very calm and understanding the entire time. I could tell they really care about everyone who visits them.

They always return my phone calls quickly. I always know that I'll get a prompt answer to my question. Their prices were very fair. The level of care you get for the price is outstanding. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking.
