When I arrived for my appointment the friendly staff seemed to be waiting for me. I've been to other places where I had to wait forever after I arrived for my appointment, but not here. I was very impressed. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. I couldn't believe how great their office looked. It was very obvious that they took pride in the office's appearance. It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen. Dr Martin is the best doctor I have ever had. It is clear that he has a passion for doing what it takes to help the patient. I also love the fact that he has good knowledge of eastern medicine and other holistic healings. I hope he never retires!

Not only did I find a parking spot right away, but I knew my car was safe because the spots were designated and close to the entrance. I love how meticulous Dr Martin is. I feel that he gave me his time and listened carefully and devised a sensible diagnostic route. Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable. I've already told my friends and family about the fantastic experience I had there. The chairs in their waiting room were comfortable.

I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long. They make sure to treat all their clients equally and without favoritism. I've always hated it when I've seen favoritism going on at other places I've visited. It's nice that it doesn't happen here. They are always polite and never use foul language, which I really appreciate. It's always made me uncomfortable at other places when I've heard them use foul language, but they don't here. I know I can bring my kids, and not worry about it. They have really great customer service here. They always put their customers first, regardless of the situation. I've been places before where they were argumentative and angry, so I was nervous that I would encounter that here as well. Instead, they were very calm and understanding the entire time. I could tell they really care about everyone who visits them.
