It was nice to hear how much the staff respected them. It made me that much more confident that I was under the care of a professional. They were very polite and helpful and made sure that I had everything I needed. I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. I was able to relax during my appointment here. Everyone makes sure you are comfortable and at ease. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking.

The waiting area was overcrowded and too small. Multiple people had to stand as there were not enough seats. Everyone was pretty much wedged in. They weren't careful at all, and I was in a lot of pain after my appointment. I was a little disappointed at how helpful the staff was when I called with my questions and concerns. They definitely could have been more polite. I wish they gave me good advice, but most of the time they only give me advice that would benefit them. They are not the friendliest doctor in the world, but they are nice enough. I can't really complain about their bedside manner.

Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. They never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored. They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance. The restrooms at this office were spotless. It smelled amazing in there and looked immaculate. Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable.

He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.

I love how much attention to detail she shows. She is always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about her making a mistake or forgetting something. Not only was she able to provide everything she promised me, she went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about my problem.
