There are a few things I don't like about having Caring for Women as my OBGYN - first of all - you never receive reminders that it's time to set up your annual appointment and they don't ask you to set up your next appmt when you leave. Also, they rarely answer the phone - you have to leave a message to request an appointment and then they'll call you back in a day or so. If you're lucky and they do answer your call, be prepared to wait at least 5 minutes on hold. Every year I go, they ask if there's any changes to my medical insurance or any changes to my health history - I say no, but I still have to fill out a 10 page questionnaire which takes about 20 minutes. The staff there is ok, definitely not warm or friendly, but efficient once you are there. Kind of no-nonsense atmosphere. I continue to go there since I don't know of any other OBGYNs and don't feel like changing - just cuz I'm lazy I guess, but they are ok there.

Doctors are great, nurses and office staff are rude and off putting. Was there, had test done and told, "no news is good news", Wednesday received message (aka you have a disease), Thursday call back, Friday call three more times. Staff member who can tell me what I have is out til Monday, sorry mam we can't tell you. If this is something serious, I'm suing!
