I don't think I have ever been put on hold here for a long time and am so impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered. There's nothing worse than having to wait on hold for a half an hour just to get someone to talk to you. One thing I noticed about their office was how absolutely fantastic it smelled. They must clean or sanitize all the time. It was nice to hear how much the staff respected them. It made me that much more confident that I was under the care of a professional. It was so nice to arrive and see many fully qualified staff members. I've gone to some places that were very understaffed and I've never had a good experience. This place had a great staff though, and I'll definitely be going back.

The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. I knew I was getting top-of-the-line treatment when they told me about what they learned at the latest conference they attended, and how they were incorporating that knowledge into the practice. They were so respectful and kind. They went above and beyond what I would expect and really made me feel welcome.
