They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. I felt like my needs were mostly met, but they didn't make any extra effort. Dr. Donato and his midwives are excellent. The only problems I ever had was waiting to be seen by Dr. Donato. I have waited over 2 hours past my appointment time. If you have an appt with a midwife you hardly wait at all. Dr. Donato is a excellent doctor and I loved him! His office staff however needs a lesson in kindness and compassion! they are down right rude!The girls who run the front desk and who I assume anwser the phone need to have some understanding.

They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. The nurses and Dr. Donato were very kind and caring and I am very pleased with how comfortable they made me feel! I will definitely be going to Dr. Donato for all of my future needs.
