The physicians in this office delivered both my children. Dr. Lamade saved my life after the birth of my 2nd son. I had placenta acreta. They are very professional & caring.

Made an unprofessional comment that my pelvic pain was related to rough sex. Told me to get on top of the pain was too bad because nothing was wrong. 6 weeks later I had surgery to remove a large tumor at a major university, The tumor was causing the pain.

Dr. Lamade is fantastic. No problems or complaints at all with his care. His office manager and billing department are absolutely terrible. We have gone from owing nearly $5,000 for normal appointments and ultrasounds to them owing us nearly $1200 for improper billing and poor coding to insurance, to back to owing $3000 after the improperly coded items were changed. I can't even understand what they are talking about and why, but bills keep coming that my insurance tells me I should not be getting. They are terrible with returning calls to us and our insurance company. We left his care before delivery to avoid anymore debacles by a terribly run customer service and billing department. I understand that they are merging accounts payable and receivable with Susquehanna Health, but this is terrible.

Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary
