No, they are really great about answering the phone right away

Not at all, it was very peaceful and quiet

No, no one seemed to notice I was there

I couldn't believe how knowledgeable and well-informed the staff was. They were able to answer all my questions, except the ones they needed to have their boss's input on. It was great to be able to talk to such a skilled staff. They definitely didn't have enough staff members on hand. It seemed like one person was trying to do everything, and I ended up waiting for a very long time. I was kind of surprised that they left me alone during my consultation for quite awhile. It wasn't that long, but it was still kind of annoying.

Their primary concern is what's best for me, and they only give me the advice that would benefit me the most. I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. They make sure to treat all their clients equally and without favoritism. I've always hated it when I've seen favoritism going on at other places I've visited. It's nice that it doesn't happen here.

Absolutely not! My phone calls aren't returned at all!

Yes, I had to wait forever.

Yes! I know that I would have gotten better service anywhere else!

It was so difficult to get an appointment with them. I definitely think that I could have gotten much better service somewhere else. I was amazed at how poorly the receptionist treated me. The doctor is fine, but the receptionist is rude, inconsiderate, short and very obviously agitated EVERY time I have had to deal with her (via telephone, in person etc). Because of her I am going to have to find a different doctor
