Dr Nell, is the most caring the most thorough invested doctor I have ever seen. She gets to the core of your issues and somehow causes you to evaluate for yourself what you can do to change the circumstances that you're able to and the things you can't well that's what she's there for. Had I met her 40 years ago I would not have had to suffer so much pain and loss these past four decades. But the last 20 I owe to her.

Doctor Nell is a standout individual at Montgomery County Emergency Service. She stands out because she is the ONLY decent doctor there. The other doctors are rude, abrupt and prey on you for the money. There is a Indian doctor there who is a small woman and she has this mean look on her face all the time. Like she hates patients. She takes so many patients off their meds and then starts them on some other medicine without regard to what the patients may endure in the process. It appears this is done to bring in as much money as possible to the hospital. I say this because of the number of other patients and even the workers at this hospital agree it looks like it is purely a money grabbing scheme. So don't ever go to this place unless you are seeing Doctor Nell. This place is in Norristown so be careful of the neighborhood. It is unsafe and I was afraid to get out of my car even during the day. Whenever I have to wait in a waiting room a while, I always look forward to at least being able to read their magazines, but not here. There is nothing for you to do but wait and stare at the walls. The other empoyees here really don't seem to care for their work. But Doctor Nell is a dear. She answered my questions and spent a lot of time with me. I didn't feel like she was trying to rush my appointment at all. All the advice I received from her was completely unbiased. She didn't try to force opinions on me, and gave me genuine advice that was in my best interest.
