We've been going to this practice since my second daughter was born in November 2007. She was born with a fractured collarbone and was also hospitalized with jaundice two days after coming home. I felt that Dr. DiMaggio went above and beyond to care for my daughter, and she and her staff went out of their way for my convenience as well. I've never had any complaints.

I appreciated that they allowed me to accompany my child, and didn't make me wait in the waiting room. It's always made me nervous when I wasn't allowed to be with my child at other places. They always made sure that I wasn't in any pain. Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable. I appreciated that during the appointment they made a point to address both me and my child. I was glad that they made an effort to include both of us. Every time I visit, I have to remind them why I'm visiting them. It makes me feel like they don't care about me.
