Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it. I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. I never have to worry about them. Dr. Felder is just super; has great dexterity when cleaning out my compromised ear canal. overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. I didn't mind waiting to see the ENT because my chair was soooo comfortable. They really care about patient comfort at this office.

I was able to see Dr. Felder on an emergency basis for which I was very grateful. I find him to be an excellent listener and an ENT with exceptional manual technique when exploring and otherwise treating my ear canal, which has been compromised by head/neck radiation. He was very candid and frank when answering my questions, qualities which I do not find in many specialists. By me he is highly recommended.
