I've been places before where they were argumentative and angry, so I was nervous that I would encounter that here as well. Instead, they were very calm and understanding the entire time. I could tell they really care about everyone who visits them. I definitely liked how many treatment options I was presented with here. They didn't recommend surgery too quickly and really wanted to try other treatments first. They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care.

Everyone in my community knows that they are the absolute best in the field. I was in awe at the level of service I received. They completely surpassed all my expectations and I will absolutely be going back. I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. This provider has helpful information available online, which is really convenient. They have a good website and online presence.

I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. I will definitely refer my friends and family here. They were great and I think more people should know about them. When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, they are among the best I have seen. Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. They are so thoughtful and amazingly sweet, I just love this place. They were easy to reach in an emergency. When I called they answered right away and I was so relieved to hear a friendly voice.

I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future.

In june 08, I was misdiagnosed by over 6 doctors including ER, PCP, and others. Finally a CT scan was done at memorial hospital where they immediatly discovered sever mastoiditis. I was immediatly sent to her office after discharge where I was treated with great respect and was told that two more weeks without treatment, the infection would have reached my brain and turned deadly. She immediatly placed me on a very great course of antibiotics, both oral and via ear drops. I was also prescribed medicine for pain control. The antibiotics didn't work as well as hoped and surgical options were discussed. The first was placement of a T tube and more antibiotics as well as more otic drops. I had lost all hearing a few days after the mastoiditis began. The second last resort surgical option was a laproscopic proceedure where they scrap the bone and infection away from my skull. Fortunatly I began responding to oral antibiotics and still see her to this day. I also have been diagnosed with TMJD or tempo mandibular joint disorder. I have no dental coverage and she has helped me with answers to questions I had. She is very thorough and has a great manner. I would and do recommend her to anyone. She also has medical staff instead of secretaries which are very bright and polite. She is by far the best doctor I've ever had and I will continue to pursue treatment with her. I live in maryland now and its worth the drive to york county. She goes above and beyond. Thank you dr. St george!
