Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking.

I have been a patient of Dr. Katzen for 12 years, also receiving allergy shots. He is on time, professional, and up to date on all the latest medications. The staff is always friendly and accomodating. The allergy clinic at the office is also well staffed and on time. I have never had a problem with Dr. Katzen or his office.

Yes, they had everything you could possibly need!
Is this provider willing to pursue advice from other providers when necessary?
Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary
