They didn't listen to anything I had to say! Whenever I tried to get a word in, they either interrupted me or cut me off before I could finish. The staff must have not been trained very well. Almost every time I would ask them a question, they'd refer me to their boss or someone else. Getting an appointment at this office wasn't too difficult. waiting time took over an hour and a half with no one ahead or behind me....slack
