They had a huge selection of magazines in the waiting room. I was able to find some of my favorites and they kept me entertained while I was waiting for my appointment. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule. It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members. There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on.

Not only did I find a parking spot right away, but I knew my car was safe because the spots were designated and close to the entrance. They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years. One thing I noticed about their office was how absolutely fantastic it smelled. They must clean or sanitize all the time.

Definitely not. They were unaware of my situation, even though they had my information

Absolutely not!! They never listen to customers complaints and argue with them
Do you feel that you could have received better service somewhere else?
Yes! I know that I would have gotten better service anywhere else!
Is this provider willing to pursue advice from other providers when necessary?
Not at all. They were too arrogant to ask for any assistance, even though they knew it would help
Does this provider remember you and your circumstances at every appointment?
Absolutely not! I constantly have to repeat and re-explain my situation!

Absolutely not! My phone calls aren't returned at all!
Were you able to get answers to simple questions from this provider without scheduling an appointment?
Not at all! I had to schedule an appointment for absolutely everything!

Practically Impossible

Somewhat, but they need a bigger selection
