They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me. I felt very safe in their care. I definitely trust them. I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. They were easy to reach in an emergency. When I called they answered right away and I was so relieved to hear a friendly voice. They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here.

Not at all, they were one of the kindest, most attentive individuals I've ever met
