The staff was very helpful no matter how many times I called with a question or concern. They never made me feel uncomfortable for asking any question. Everyone in my community knows that they are the absolute best in the field. They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional. Everything they told me in the beginning ended up turning out exactly the way they said it would. They were able to provide me everything they promised me. I've never doubted their abilities. They never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored.

They were not interested in my health but in making a buck. I felt extremely uncomfortable the entire appointment. It is clear that this Dr. is only interested in making money. If you want a real Dr. that is interested in your health go somewhere else.

Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. The restrooms at this office were spotless. It smelled amazing in there and looked immaculate. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Dr. Williams is very thorough and never makes one feel rushed. She is an outstanding physician to whom I have gone for several years and I would recommend her to anyone without any reservations whatsoever!

I was confident that they were using the latest treatment methods. They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. Their staff is very friendly and professional. It is sometimes hard to get phone messages through, and lab results can sit around until patients call for them. Filing and follow-though are not as good as the medical care. I LOVE Dr. Williams. She listens, responds, remains calm, and refers when needed.
