I have seen Dr. Bateman once with my 9 yr old daughter. She was very personable and the front office staff was very accomodating.

They were friendly enough at this office. I was welcomed but that was about it. The staff was very helpful no matter how many times I called with a question or concern. They never made me feel uncomfortable for asking any question. They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary.
