Yes, they said I was overreacting, and I knew I wasn't

The staff didn't seem to know very much, they couldn't ever answer my questions

They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years. When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, they are among the best I have seen. It is obvious that their office is cleaned regularly. It was fantastic. It is so refreshing to see a provider that you can tell truly cares about their appearance. They strive to maintain a professional appearance and look their best at all times. Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily.

Before I start with the problems with this office let me start off by saying the doctor was GREAT!!!! The doctor found cancer on my lower eyelid and removed it quickly and called me with the results in a timely manner. My problem was with the LADIES at the front. On my 3rd appointment (Follow up appointment) Check to make sure the skin cancer was completely removed and all is well. Ok. Well I signed in. a couple minutes later the women at the front called me back up and said "you have a balance." I let her know that I never recieved a bill and that my insurance should take care of it. Well she then said "If I dont pay the balance I could not see the doctor." Well I am 26 and live like most...paycheck to paycheck. So dishing over hundreds of dollars isnt what I was expecting. The day before my appointment I recieved a confirmation call from this office and NOTHING was said then about any balance. I have NO mail from the office at home. After hearing that I couldnt see the doctor unless the balance was paid. I did what I had to and paid the balance. Then the women called me back up and said your insurance was not covering my procedures. Again, This is my third appointment. So, they are letting me know now after my third appointment that 1. My insurance has not been covering my procedures the whole time and 2. If I dont pay, I dont see doctor.
Now, this isn't right. The women at the front did not care one bit that they had forced me into a corner. They did not have any compassion for me, and did not care what was happening. all they wanted was there money. Don't GO!!!!! I will be reporting this to the BBB as soon as I get off this site. I wanted to come here first becuase this is where I came to find this doctor.
