They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. They always have an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. They would never try to get me to make an appointment unless I really needed one. I am going to refer everyone I know here. I absolutely love this place.

Their office was the absolute perfect temperature. It was so nice to be able to get out of the weather outside and sit in a relaxing, comfortable office. It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members. Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all. One thing I noticed about their office was how absolutely fantastic it smelled. They must clean or sanitize all the time.

They always return my phone calls quickly. I always know that I'll get a prompt answer to my question. Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all. I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged.

No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments

No, they've never taken personal calls with me

Never, they go out of their way to address every concern of mine immediately

they really spent a lot of time to accommodate people with all different needs. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. I felt that they really valued my health and happiness because they followed up even after my appointment just to check up on me. It was such a nice gesture that made a huge difference. I was in awe at the level of service I received. They completely surpassed all my expectations and I will absolutely be going back.
