They left me completely alone for a long time and I became very nervous. I love that I can count on the doctor to work with me until he finds a solution for my situation. Other places I've visited, seem to give up after they don't have an answer for me the first time, but not here. However, there was a big communication problem when dealing with his nurse Maria. Her accent is very difficult barrier to overcome and she seemed to not understand what I was saying and got confussed easily, relaying the wrong messages to the dr. One area of improvement that this business is in dire need of is revamping their building to make it more family friendly.

The waiting room here is spacious. They made no attempt to follow up with me after my appointment, but really, they didn't need to I guess. They were somewhat easy to reach in an emergency. They don't really take that extra step to make me feel special. I guess I'm just another client to them. I love that they never cancel their appointments last minute here.
