they suck, there staff sucks, they have there vmail full for after hours calls, they dont know how to do prior auth they dont call your script in for days and when you call they are rude.
This is the worst staff and doctor i have ever dealt with in my life. The doctor is not concerned with the treatments that his patients need to receive but more on money and how much he will get paid. Prescribing medications that are not covered by insurance knowing they are not covered and patient will need to pay out of pocket because he gets a profit from those drugs. This like Prior authorizations and working with others to get things done are not a priority and additionally the most unethical and disrespectful Doctor i have ever encountered. My daughter called to talk with him in and he bluntly told her that she was taking up his valuable time and that she needed to get to the point because he didn't have time to talk to her about matters that were not important to him. He additionally charged me to have exams done that were done by my previous doctor, and to prescribe me a medication that i have been on for years now, when all he had to do was request my medical records from my previous doctor. - just the worst office i have ever been too
These guys are Crooks and Liars are there to scam you out of your money and do very little medical work do not go there or you will regret it I don't know how they stay in business
Crooks. Liars. Will not pay the money back they say they will when the insurance companies give it to them. They say $80 first visit and then it's $250 when you get there. Scam artists. And disgustingly outdated.
They take a long time to return calls. They don't follow up on things when they send you to do x rays, mri. It took days for them.to call in my prescription. They refer you to expensive doctors for treatment.
I will be finding a new doctor very soon. If this is the elder of the two Dr. Carlton's..he is terrible!! He and his staff expect me to come in monthly before they renew any of my prescriptions. I have never been treated like this in the past with my other doctors. My prescriptions have always been for a full year. I had to change doctors after my divorce and joining the affordable healthcare plan. I sure do hope the experience I have with my next doctor will be better.
Dr Clarke's office states that my insurance will not pay them. My insurance has told them over and over that they are billing under the incorrect account, that there are two. The insurance company and myself have called the office over 20 times between the two of us. Insurance wants to pay, I want my overpayments back. Dr Clarke's office will not return our calls at all. They have over $200 of mine in over payments. Dr Clarke - why do you not just rectify this rather than ignore both of us??
