I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. The waiting area here is extremely spacious. There is never overcrowding and everything is spaced appropriately. They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up.

Not at all, it seemed like they started yesterday

Not at all. I felt terrible for all the staff members

Absolutely not! I constantly have to repeat and re-explain my situation!
Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered?
Not at all. They saw me but didn't greet me at all
