The staff at this doctors office is very rude and is nothing but full of excuses. Every time you call and want to speak with some in management they are not there and they do not care about the patients health. They also do not follow through with calling you back about referrals or trying to figure out why the insurance company kicks the referral back. You the patient has to call the insurance company and have the insurance company call the doctor to get the issue resolved. Then when you call the doctor back to see when your referral is going to be complete they tell you they are working on it and can not tell you when it is going to be ready.

Definitely! I saw it as soon as I walked in!

Not at all, they had plenty of staff members to help me whenever I needed assistance
Does this provider ever overbook appointments here?
Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking.
