We took the last appointment of the day which was definitely a mistake. No one really wanted to hear what we had to say, they just wanted to get out of there. As a matter of fact my son required blood work and the technician verbally reprimanded the nurse in front of us about the fact that she was not staying there to complete the job if no one else was staying, in her anger she was rather rough with my son. I got the same feeling when I was talking to the front desk about making sure they contacted the insurance company for a d-code because this visit was related to an accident claim. It does not appear they even billed the correct insurance company.

Absolutely! They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen

The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for. They are always prepared for my appointment and remember everything about me. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. Everything they told me in the beginning ended up turning out exactly the way they said it would. They were able to provide me everything they promised me. I've never doubted their abilities. Let me just say that this business is in one of the safest areas around and you will be pleasantly surprised at how lovely the surroundings are.
