Their office equipment was in good shape and looked very current. I felt like everything was very safe. They were easy to reach in an emergency. When I called they answered right away and I was so relieved to hear a friendly voice. They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here.
