Dr. Perry is not your usual doctor. He is very straight and to the point..However if you need more time or more explanations he will always do that and not make you feel like you are rushing him. His staff is superb and it really has the feel of a "family" doctor.

Dr. Perry was very rude to his staff and to me. He was unprepared for my planned visit. He did not have my paperwork read or medication. I still had to pay for an office visit. I had to take off work and drive and hour to get there. I had to go to another town to a pharmacy and wait on them to fill my medication. He did not give me any my information on the treatment that I was receiving and gave me no instructions. I had to look everything up on the internet and talk to another patient. I would not recommend him.

Not only did I find a parking spot right away, but I knew my car was safe because the spots were designated and close to the entrance. It was nice to hear how much the staff respected them. It made me that much more confident that I was under the care of a professional. Let me just say that this business is in one of the safest areas around and you will be pleasantly surprised at how lovely the surroundings are. Every time I'd ask a question, it seemed like they were annoyed and didn't want to give me an answer. I understand they're busy, but they should really treat their clients better.

I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. I love that I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation. Other places I've visited, seem to give up after they don't have an answer for me the first time, but not here. The office was easy enough to find. They're really great about taking their time with me, and they don't mind answering my questions. I've never felt like an annoyance to them no matter how many questions I have. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy.
