They had a huge selection of magazines in the waiting room. I was able to find some of my favorites and they kept me entertained while I was waiting for my appointment. I couldn't believe how knowledgeable and well-informed the staff was. They were able to answer all my questions, except the ones they needed to have their boss's input on. It was great to be able to talk to such a skilled staff. They keep the restrooms well-stocked here, and not just with the basics. There is mouthwash, lotion and other amenities. You can tell they want their clients to be as comfortable as possible. They were so easy to reach in an emergency, they answered my call immediately. It is a relief to know that I can count on them to always be there for me when I need them the most. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan.

I really admire them for being more than willing to ask for help from other professionals in the field when they don't have an answer to my question. They aren't even slightly arrogant, and I'm confident they always have my best interest at heart. I was able to relax during my appointment here. Everyone makes sure you are comfortable and at ease. I will definitely refer my friends and family here. They were great and I think more people should know about them. I'll definitely be going back. I didn't have a bad experience. Their primary concern is what's best for me, and they only give me the advice that would benefit me the most.

Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. The staff was very helpful no matter how many times I called with a question or concern. They never made me feel uncomfortable for asking any question. I've already told my friends and family about the fantastic experience I had there. One of my pet peeves is bad breath, and one thing that I have always noticed about this provider is that they never have bad breath. I've never even noticed a smell at all.
