I was confident that they were using the latest treatment methods. They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously. I was happy and relieved that they were able to answer all of my questions. I felt like I got a good amount of information. Their staff was not that friendly, and didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. I was disappointed that their staff didn't seem to respect them very much. They weren't disrespectful but I could tell they didn't have a very good relationship. I can never get the nurse to call me back. Dr. Graves is a great doctor, but I'm not sure if the staff/nurse is a good trade off.

They try not to, but sometimes it happens.

I found the doctor knowledgeable to a point. My family members were referred to other doctors and the staff was suppose to make the appointments. They were never made. My son has several medical problems and I could not get the nurse to call me back. I found Dr. Graves attitude to be lacking. My family felt like we were a bother NOT patients.
