No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments

No, they are really great about answering the phone right away

Never, they go out of their way to address every concern of mine immediately

Although I have never had much to complain about I know that they always adhere to the customer is always right policy here. They take every complaint very seriously and strive to ensure that clients leave satisfied with their visit each and every time. Whenever I called with a question or concern, the staff made me feel stupid for calling. I avoided calling because I didn't want to feel stupid. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to.
