They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. Their staff is very friendly and professional. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged.
The office constantly gets the "drug seekers" who sell the script on the street. The ones who complain are probably those patients. These care givers really do care.....

They ignored my questions and my appointment seemed rushed. Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. Their prices were not fair at all. They were extremely overpriced and I felt ripped off. I think he just charges insurances and looking for money. His wife more owner over there then his self.I will recommend all my friends not come in clinic dr. Heaver. Probably will call in Medicare and another major insurance for monitoring his practice.

There's been quite a few times where I've been on my way to my appointment, and they've called me to postpone it. It's not all the time, but it's still annoying. Their office was kind of gross. I was scared I was going to catch something from being in the office. I would never recommend them to anyone. They were terrible.
Doctor and staff unprofessional in the worst way. He behaved inappropriately with staff and myself. Unable to accurately diagnose as well.
