Dr. Richards has been my primary care doctor for over 30 years. She is knowledgeable and caring, a good communicator, and a concerned physician. She saved my health on more than one occasion. Her office is a friendly place. She returns my calls. I feel that she is one of the "old fashioned doctors" who really care about their patients, unlike some doctors who seem to be concerned about how much the insurance company will pay for the procedure. She accepts Medicare. I happily recommend her to others.

Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. Penny especially is horrible.

I have already recommended them to my friends and loved ones. I was so impressed with their care and treatment! They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting. They have a very good professional reputation. I know that I'm under the care of an expert. I love that they never cancel their appointments last minute here. I can always count on them to be there for me. The front desk person is very sweet and kind. She helps you any way she can. She always makes me smile when I come in to visit the doctor and greets everyone like she has known them for years. She and the doctor make you feel like family and really care about what is going on with you in your life. This is the best place to be when you are sick! They make it worth your time!

Penny, the front desk person was so rude that I decided to not even book my appointment with the physician. Perhaps Dr. Richard's should invest money in customer service lessons, for the obnoxious Penny. With the medical center down the road, the Dr should send Penny on her way because I took my business down the road about 2 miles to the med center. Good job, Penny!

Dr. Richards has been my primary care physician for many years. Her staff is very helpful and appointments are scheduled to address the seriousness of the illness, sometimes the same day. Dr. Richards personally returns calls to her patients. She has helped me through a wide variety of health concerns. In addition to regular physicals, Dr. Richards has diagnosed and proscribed treatments for illnesses and referred me to surgeons. I feel very comfortable in discussing even very personal issues with Dr. Richards. I am happy to recommend Dr. Marrie Richards.
