I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. The restrooms at this provider's office were clean and well-maintained. You could tell that they cleaned them regularly. One of the first things I noticed about this business was how many different areas of the building were handicap-accessible. I have been to other places where I couldn't tell how someone in a wheelchair could even enter, but they really spent a lot of time to accommodate people with all different needs. Dr Galewaller really acted like he cared unlike alot of doctors and took the time to listen.

No, if they had music on it was very soothing

Yes, they listen to all complaints and make every effort to correct the situation.
Was this provider's office clean?
Yes! I was amazed at how clean it was!
Does this provider treat their staff well?
Very! I've never seen an employer treat their staff better
