The wait was absolutely ridiculous. It messed up my entire day. They seemed to know what they were talking about most of the time, but I still wasn't very comfortable. Every time I'd ask a question, it seemed like they were annoyed and didn't want to give me an answer. I understand they're busy, but they should really treat their clients better. They lie about charges and do not communicate with eachother. dont care about people at all and ignor you when your there. They over charge and will not let you speak to the doctor after requesting 3 times. I will call BBB and state and insurance to complain about this practice. They billed my insurance when I specifically told them i was paying out of pocket and when insurance did not pay they billed me a second time even after I called ahead of time to get cost for out of pocket without insurance. very unprofesstional!! I even ent to office to speak with doctor myself and he was unavailable.

It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule. The restrooms at this office were spotless. It smelled amazing in there and looked immaculate. Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. At other places I've been to, it's always bothered me when they postpone my appointment, but they've never done that here.
