They never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored. They had quite a few interesting magazines, which made my time in the waiting room go by much faster. Their primary concern is what's best for me, and they only give me the advice that would benefit me the most. Their office was nice and quiet. I was worried it would be overly loud but it was fine.
