I had to wait a month for a new patient appointment. When I got there, I was only allowed to see the PA. Even that took a month to schedule an appointment! Blood work was ordered. I asked the PA a few times if they are going to call me when the results come back because I need a refill on my meds. She was like yes we will call you. And she said for me to schedule another appointment in 2 months to come see the REAL doctor. It is not like they are so busy. As I was waiting to get my blood work done, the staffs were all hanging out in the hallway talking.
After 2 weeks, I called and asked the nurse about the test. She was rude and said the doctor hasn't EVEN look at the results YET. I went to pick up the test result after talking to the rude nurse. They received the results back the day after it was submitted. The results had some abnormal values. You would think that they would be concern. I gave them another day to see if anyone would call to follow up. Of course nobody called so I called to cancel my appointment and told them what I thought of them and will never ever return. The receptionist was just as rude and uncaring. A few minutes later, I assumed it was the office manager calling to apologize and start to tell me what SHE thought the test result means. And claimed that my files was mistakingly refiled so they never go to the test result and it was an oversight. Can you imagine if I had a real illness. They just forgot! or misfiled my folder! Good luck, hope you are not too ill if you are her patient. I have wasted my money and my insurance company's money.

I love how attentive they are here. Even when notified that they have a personal phone call, they always wait to take it later. Their full attention is always on me and it makes me feel special. I don't know of anywhere else that would've taken better care of me. I had a great experience. They listened closely to everything I was telling them, and showed a lot of attention to detail. I've never had to worry about them forgetting something or not reading my information correctly, which I've encountered at other places. It was nice to hear how much the staff respected them. It made me that much more confident that I was under the care of a professional. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking.
