They probably could have used some continuing education courses to get up-to-date on more current methods. I never had to doubt their qualifications. They made their credentials completely obvious, which made me feel a lot safer. Sometimes, I have to persuade them that I have an important concern that needs their attention. There have been times that they've paid attention to my concerns, but not many. When I told them about my situation, they were somewhat understanding, but they could have been more caring. They didn't try very hard to understand where I was coming from.
