Their office was well organized and clean. I had to wait forever after I arrived for my appointment. They were running really behind and I was disappointed because it threw off the rest of my day. Whenever I called with a question or concern, the staff made me feel stupid for calling. The staff has very unaccommodating policy and procedure. Wonderful doctor and her nurses are very kind, but the staff ruined the experience
