They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. Their staff was not that friendly, and didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. There was one girl who was really nice though but then one girl who was just nasty. It hated going to the office because I knew I'd see her. She had a bad attitude always. I had the hardest time finding their office, and I usually have a good sense of direction. I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed. Dr. Wood seemed to genuinely care about me and my pregnancy. But when it came to deliver it became obvious that I was just a number. She didn't care about me. She even dumped me with THE WORST obgyn at THE AST MINUTE! I delivered about an hour after she told me she called her scumbag friend to come deliver for her. What a jerk! OECD her friend got there, he was so rude. After I pushed once he said, "I'm going to help you." he meant he wanted to cut me up so he could get back to his life. When I said no he said , "this is going to take a lot longer then." and the baby popped out on the next push. What an idiot! And when I asked if I tore/how bad it was, he couldn't even say. He just aid, "enough." turns out it wasn't hardly at all. He was so mean, and Dr. Wood dumped me with him. I would never use her again. Start a betrayal of trust.

Dr. Wood is an outstanding OB/GYN. She is sensitive to patient needs and is very quick to help you understand what is going on and what to expect in dealing with health issues. Appointment times are realistic and her staff is fabulous to work with. Still dread the process, but they make it bearable.

Absolutely not! My phone calls aren't returned at all!
Did you feel like this provider's office was understaffed?
Not at all, they had plenty of staff members to help me whenever I needed assistance

Yes! It was effortless!

Absolutely! They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen

Not at all! They were happy to address every concern I had
Does this provider ever overbook appointments here?
Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking.
