Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members. I love how attentive they are here. Even when notified that they have a personal phone call, they always wait to take it later. Their full attention is always on me and it makes me feel special.

Not really. I had to schedule an appointment for most of my questions.
Is this provider willing to pursue advice from other providers when necessary?
No, and they didn't want me to seek anyone else's opinion
Did they follow up with you after your appointment?
No. I still haven't talked to them.

Yes everything was neat and sterile
Did the staff make you feel uncomfortable when you called with questions or concerns?
Not at all! They were happy to address every concern I had

No, I was able to ask as many questions as I wanted

No, they didn't wear any cologne

Yes, I could tell the staff respected him/her

No, but they said they were going to!

Not at all. They were too arrogant to ask for any assistance, even though they knew it would help
Were the waiting room chairs comfortable at this provider's office?
Not at all; cheap and plastic
