They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. This is one of the friendliest and most welcoming offices I've ever visited. They put in the extra effort to make me feel valued and important. The waiting area here is extremely spacious. There is never overcrowding and everything is spaced appropriately. One of the first things I noticed about this business was how many different areas of the building were handicap-accessible. I have been to other places where I couldn't tell how someone in a wheelchair could even enter, but they really spent a lot of time to accommodate people with all different needs.

They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional. Whatever cologne they were wearing was one of the best I've ever smelled. It made my experience that much more enjoyable. The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for. They didn't pressure me to buy anything I didn't need, which I really appreciated. I've been to other places that pressured me to buy stuff and it always made me very uneasy. They made sure to find out about my obstetric history and every pre-existing condition before my appointment. This made the examination go a lot faster.
