Dr. Edwards is great! I've been a patient of hers for many years and have always gotten the best care from her. However, in recent years she has not had the best staff. It's not as though they are rude or incompetent, but they just seem lazy. They are slow to respond, and don't seem to want to go even the slightest bit out of their way to help you resolve an issue. But I still think that Dr Edwards is good enough that it's worth dealing with her staff.
